Un bruxellois véritable passionné d'informatique.
Après des études d'ingénieur commercial et de gestion informatique à Bruxelles en 1995, je déniche quelques contrats de consultance IT auprès de société comme Manudax ou Maxcom. Passionné je décide de m'orienter vers l'informatique pûr et dur. Le marché étant encore méconnu et surtout actif auprès de quelques grands noms comme Compaq, HP, IBM, Sharp, Siemens Cisco et Nokia, je me dirige vers une formation intensive à pleins temps de plusieurs mois orientée sur l'Administration des réseaux informatiques, celle-ci organisée par le Forem de Charleroi et en partenariat avec les 3 plus grands acteurs de la région Systemat, Tractebel et Cap Gemini. Sur 200 candidats et après 3 tests et interviews seuls 10 (dont moi) ont pû acceder à la formation. Les formateurs du Forem sont de réels techniciens expérimentés, formés et employés par ces mêmes entreprises. Au terme de cette formation l'engagement est quasi garantie. Mon penchant se dirige donc vers la plus innovante, la plus souple et la plus proche Systemat à Lasne.
Systemat m'offrira un panel de connaissances, de formations et de réels défis qui vont me permettre, pendant 10 ans, de faire le tour de plus de 800 sociétés à Bruxelles et dans les environs. J'en profite pour passer quelques certifications ici et là, MCSE, Domino, Cisco, CheckPoint, Websense, Symantec, CA, etc...
Dans un premier temps, du support informatique aux gestions de projets comme migrations, déménagements, implémentations de nouvelles solutions ou encore des formations en interne et en clientèle m'ont appris à discerner les différents problèmes récurents d'une entreprise et à apporter les solutions qui conviennent le mieux à mon client.
Et me voilà donc en 2003 et pendant 2 ans à la tête d'une gestion de 15 parcs informatiques sur Bruxelles.
La seconde partie de mon expérience se verra stimuler par une proposition qui me séduira sans aucun doute, à savoir le monitoring de l'infrastructure de mes clients. Je parcours et tests quelques solutions comme HP OpenView, MOM et BMC Patrol. La solution HP étant limitée, celle de Microsoft lourde aussi bien techniquement qu'administrativement, la solution de BMC s'avère être la plus à même à répondre à nos besoins. En 2005 nous mettons donc en place, avec quelques collaborateurs, notre nouvelle structure de monitoring. Quelques années plus tard Systemat se voit réduire drastiquement son marché, Belgacom élargit ses services, Dell prend du terrain, la virtualisation pointe le bout de son nez, HP et IBM resserent leurs contrats avec Systemat pour reprendre ensuite la vente et la gestion des PCs.
En 2009, Systemat encaisse mal sa chute en bourse, les defis et les projets disparraissent pour laisser place à une entreprise qui tourne au starter. Je décide donc de quitter l'entreprise pour revenir vers Bruxelles.
Une opportunité s'offre à moi, dans une entreprise qui travaille principalement avec des applications middleware ERP comme SAP, Oracle, Siebel, Sybase, Business Object et Peoplesoft. Ca tombe bien il font du monitoring avec BMC, mais pour moi qui vient du monde Microsoft, HP, Exchange, Domino, Cisco, plus proche des utilisateurs et des responsables IT, me voilà plongé dans le background du monde informatique.
Me voilà donc depuis 2 ans chez NorthgateArinso et je peux dire que mon virage à 360° m'a été très bénéfique, je fais maintenant partie d'une petite équipe qui fait le monitoring de quelques grandes entreprises du TOP 20 de Belgique. Et les outils innovants de prédiction de BMC sont une réelle source d'intérêts.

On 200 candidates and after 3 tests and interviews alone 10 (of which me) have Pu to reach the formation. The trainers of Forem are real experienced technicians, trained and employed by these same companies. At the end of this formation l' engagement is quasi guaranteed. My leaning thus moves towards more innovating, most flexible and nearest Systemat with Lasne. Systemat m' will offer a panel of knowledge, formations and real challenges which will allow me, during 10 years, to make the turn of more than 800 companies in Brussels and in the surroundings. J' in profits to pass some certifications here and there, MCSE, Domino, Cisco, CheckPoint, Websense, Symantec, CA, etc… Initially, of the computer support to the project managements like migrations, removals, implementations of new solutions or of in-house formations and as customers m' learned how to distinguish the various problems récurents d' a company and to bring the solutions which are appropriate best for my customer. I course and tests some solutions like HP OpenView, MOM and BMC Patrol. The solution HP being limited, that of Microsoft door as well technically qu' administratively, the solution of BMC s' prove to be more with same to meet our needs. In 2005 we thus set up, with some collaborators, our new structure of monitoring. A few years later Systemat sees itself drastiquement reducing its market, Belgacom widens its services, Dell takes ground, the virtualisation points the end of its nose, HP and IBM resserent their contracts with Systemat to then take again the sale and the management of the GCV. In 2009, Systemat boxes its fall out of purse badly, the challenges and the projects disparraissent to leave room to a company which turns to the choke. I thus decide to leave l' company to return towards Brussels. An opportunity s' offer to me, in a company which works mainly with applications middleware ERP like SAP, Oracle, Siebel, Sybase, Business Object and Peoplesoft. Ca falls well it make monitoring with BMC, but for me which comes from the world Microsoft, HP, Exchange, Domino, Cisco, nearer to the users and persons in charge IT, here me is plunged in the background of the computing world. Here me is thus for 2 years at NorthgateArinso and I have been able to say that my turn to 360° m' was very beneficial, I form d' part now; a small team which makes the monitoring of some large companies of SIGNAL 20 of Belgium. And the innovating tools of prediction of BMC are a real d' source; interests.

Geboeid besluit ik tot m' naar l' richten; informatica zuiver en hard. Aangezien de markt nog wordt miskend en vooral actief bij enkele grote namen als Compaq, HP, IBM, Sharp, Siemens Cisco en Nokia, leid ik me naar een intensieve opleiding aan volle tijd van verschillende maanden die op l' wordt georiënteerd; Bestuur van de informaticanetwerken, deze die door Forem van Charleroi en in partnership met de 3 grotere actoren van het gebied Systemat, Tractebel en Cap Gemini worden georganiseerd. Op 200 kandidaten en na 3 enige tests en interviews 10 (waarvan ik) hebben pu de vorming bereiken. De formateurs van Forem zijn reële technici ervaren, opgeleid en in dienst gehad door dezelfde ondernemingen. Na afloop van deze opleiding l' de verplichting wordt bijna gegarandeerd. Mijn neiging leidt zich dus naar het meest innoverend, het soepelst en het meest dichtbij Systemat in Lasne. Systemat m' zal een panel van kennis, opleiding en reële uitdagingen aanbieden die me, gedurende 10 jaar zullen toelaten, om de omloop van meer dan 800 vennootschappen in Brussel en in de omgeving te doen. J' profiteert ervan om enkele certificaties voorbij te gaan hier en daar, MCSE, Dominosteen, Cisco, CheckPoint, Websense, Symantec, D.W.Z, enz… Aanvankelijk van de informaticasteun voor het beleid van projecten als migraties, verhuizingen, uitvoeren van nieuwe oplossingen of nog van de opleiding intern en in cliëntèle m' om de verschillende problemen récurents d' hebben leren onderscheiden; een onderneming en om de oplossingen te brengen die het best voor mijn klant passen. En me daar is dus in 2003 en gedurende 2 jaar aan het hoofd d' een beleid van 15 informaticaparken op Brussel. Het tweede deel van mijn ervaring zal door een voorstel zich zien stimuleren dat me zonder enige twijfel zal verleiden met name de controle van l' infrastructuur van mijn klanten. Ik trajecten en tests enkele oplossingen als HP OpenView, MOM en BMC Patrol. Aangezien de oplossing HP wordt beperkt, zware die van Microsoft net zo goed technisch qu' langs administratieve weg de oplossing van BMC s' blijkt te zijn meer aan zelfde te zijn om op onze behoeften te antwoorden. In 2005 brengen wij, met enkele medewerkers, dus onze nieuwe structuur van controle aan. Enkele jaren later Systemat ziet zich zijn markt drastisch verminderen, Belgacom breidt zijn diensten uit, Dell neemt van het terrein, aangebrokene virtualisation het einde van zijn neus, HP en IBM resserent hun contracten met Systemat om de verkoop en het beleid van Pcs vervolgens te hernemen. In 2009 incasseert Systemat slecht zijn daling in beurs, de uitdagingen en de projecten disparraissent om plaats over te laten aan een onderneming die aan de choke richt. Ik besluit dus om l' te verlaten; ondernomen om naar Brussel terug te komen. Een gelegenheid s' aanbod, in een onderneming die hoofdzakelijk met toepassingen middleware ERP als SAP, Oracle, Siebel, Sybase, Zaak Object werkt en Peoplesoft. D.w.z valt goed hij doen controle met BMC, maar voor mij die van de wereld Microsoft, HP, Exchange, Dominosteen, Cisco, meer dichtbij de gebruikers en de verantwoordelijken IT komt, me die daar is in de achtergrond van de informaticawereld wordt gedoken. Daar is dus sinds 2 jaar bij NorthgateArinso en ik kan me zeggen dat mijn bocht aan 360° m' zeer heilzaam is geweest, ik maak nu deel d' uit; een klein team dat de controle van enkele grote ondernemingen van de TOP 20 van België doet. En de innoverende werktuigen van voorspelling van BMC zijn een reële bron d' belangen.
